If you need to access a health professional in an emergency between 8pm and 8am Monday to Friday or after 12 noon on Saturday for the weekends and bank holidays, you should call 01942 829911

New Patients
If you live in our practice area and would like to register with us, please complete one of our registration forms that are available from all our receptions or from the download link below. Only patients living within the Borough of Leigh and the district of Higher Folds will be registered and that registration is only complete after you receive our acceptance letter.
